It was bumper to bumper on the normally peaceful Mayfield Street in Buderim on Saturday where a crowd of about 50 people gathered to see 9 registered bidders battle it out for their rights to a prime piece of Buderim Real Estate!

It was a busy day for Dan and Brodie who secured the sale of not only 31 Mayfield Street, Buderim with the help of Nathan but also 11 Kylee Crescent, Maroochydore earlier in the day; 4 bidders competed strongly before a Brisbane family eventually secured the stylish beachside home after a total 18 bids.
