Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Chantel has a genuine connection to the community she now serves. Born in Nambour and raised in Buderim, she attended Buderim State School and Mountain Creek High before spending 11 years in Rockhampton, where her real estate career began. With 18 years in the industry and more than 14 of those with Ray White across both residential and commercial sectors from Noosa to Caloundra, Chantel brings deep experience and a strong understanding of the market.

Starting her working life in retail, Chantel developed natural people skills that now underpin her approach to property. A qualified auctioneer, she is known for bringing energy, clarity and connection to every campaign. Her background in dance and drama shines through in her confident, engaging auctioneering style, while her grit, resilience and positive attitude ensure she sees every process through with care and determination.
