If you’re moving interstate or overseas and cannot attend an inspection, you’re required to fill out a Tenancy Application Form and submit a Request to Sign Tenancy Agreement for Unseen Property Form.
Only the people originally noted on your application form, Tenancy Agreement and who are approved by the owner may reside at the property permanently. If a new tenant wishes to replace an existing tenant, you will need to fill out the Change of Shared Tenancy Form. Please return the completed forms to our office along with a copy of the new tenants Application Form.
It is a strict policy of our office that all maintenance requests are presented in writing before they can be acted upon. You can print off a Maintenance Request Form or simply fill out the Maintenance Request Form on our website and your Property Manager will be in contact shortly.
If you do not wish to renew your Fixed Term lease or continue your Periodic agreement, you are required to give notice to vacate in writing on the Notice of Intention to Leave Form and hand a copy to our office. A minimum two weeks written notice is required.

Unless a pet has been specifically approved in your Tenancy Agreement, pets will not be allowed at the property without prior approval. The Exit condition report is an important part of the bond refund process. It is compared to the Entry condition report to determine if the property is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in, apart from fair wear and tear. Please complete this report and return to your property manager.
