- 50 Agents;
- 2 Auctioneers; &
- 3 & a half hours – that’s what it takes to Auction 45 properties in one sitting.
The event attracted a crowd of 400 people, 100 of whom registered to bid, and a whopping $9,945,000 worth of purchased property as a result.
The first property to meet the Auction hammer was a Buddina apartment with beach and harbour views, selling for $1,240,000 in less than five minutes; this set the bar for the rest of the day with fierce competition between buyer’s, and seller’s comments including the words “over the moon” to explain their emotions after having their property meet the Auction hammer.
“Spring is the busiest time of the year and the best Real Estate is coming onto the market, so we wanted to tie it in.” Auctioneer and Director of Ray White Maroochydore, Dan Sowden says.
See you next year!
