Ray White Buderim had every reason to celebrate at the Ray White Queensland night of nights on Wednesday 27th March.
The office was recognised for 3 outstanding awards in front of more than 900 of their peers at the Brisbane Convention Centre Plaza Ballroom.
Stand out salespeople include Mitch Rowe, who won the Excellence in Auction award for the Sunshine Coast, and his colleague Michael Stack was awarded Excellence in Print Media for the region.
And it didn’t stop there. Courtney Martin, who began her career in real estate with Ray White Buderim at the age of 14, was honoured as the Rising Star.
Another notable Sunshine Coast award winner was the Maroochydore office, led by principal Dan Sowden, who were once again ranked inside the top 10 out of the 180-plus offices across the state, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast and regional pockets boosted by mining.
“What makes this even more pleasing was that we were able to hold our position across the state, even though the Sunshine Coast market was heavily affected during the GFC.”
Ray White Queensland joint CEO Tony Warland said the year had been a turning point for the company.
“2012 for us was a year wrapped in the fabric of its’ past and yet we took on the challenges of our industry’s future. That means, our best is yet to come.”
