Agents Keeping the Community Feeling Alive

Ray White Buderim agents, and Glenview resident, Matt O’Grady and Trudi Gower joined forces with local business owner Steve Amos of Aussie World Garage to promote local business and offer something new to the Glenview and Palmview community.

The area is a hidden gem and rich in local business and business owners, the collaboration was born from trying to keep with the general community feel that the area holds closely. Offering a Mother’s Day $50 fuel voucher from the Aussie World Garage along with flowers for Mum is just the start of what is going to be a monthly competition programme aimed at generating local business and interest in the area.

The winner for the Mother’s Day Competition was local resident Julia Ryan (pictured beside with her three daughters, Steve Amos of Aussie World Garage and Matt O’Grady). After such a great response to the competition, it is definitely something the team have vowed to continue on with.

“After living in Glenview and selling houses in both Palmview and Glenview for over 7 years, I thought it would be a great idea to help give back. Thankfully Steve from the Aussie World Garage shared my thoughts and helped me to kick start this programme. We look forward to continuing this after such an overwhelming response.”

Said Mr O’Grady, “With plans already in place for June, opportunities still exist for businesses to gain exposure throughout the year with many other themed competitions planned.”
