This property hit the market with a bang with 14 groups through the first open home and numerous mid week inspections with a final total of 37, leading to two offers prior to auction. It was a case of location, location with majority of bidders actually living within a 300m radius of the property at the top of Buderim.
The winning bidder was the only non-local amoungst the group, who had inspected the property only the day before auction. On auction day the crowd swelled to 60 with a final call of $440,000. As the hype died down many local residents congratulated and welcomed the winning bidder to the street.
