Ray White Buderim & Maroochydore.These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Alani Luxury Whitsundays Experience Competition” (the “Competition”) run by Ray White Buderim and Ray White Maroochydore (the “Promoter”). By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Eligibility and Entry Promoter: The Competition is promoted by: Ray White Buderim (ABN 44 672 823 693), Unit 1 66 Burnett Street Buderim, QLD 4556. Ray White Maroochydore (ABN 41 740 702 236), Shop 1/4 Duporth Ave, Maroochydore QLD 4558. Entry Period: The Competition commences on 1 January 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 March 2026 (the “Entry Period”). How to Enter: To gain one (1) entry into the Competition, an eligible individual must list their property (for rent or for sale, residential or commercial) exclusively with either Ray White Buderim or Ray White Maroochydore during the Entry Period. Property Listings: A property listing is defined as a signed, exclusive agency agreement with one of the Promoters for the purpose of renting or selling the specified property. Entry Limitation for Multi-Residential Developments: Where a single owner lists multiple properties (e.g., apartments, townhouses) within the same multi-residential development, the owner will receive only one (1) entry into the Competition, regardless of the number of individual properties listed. Each separate, unrelated property listing will constitute a single entry. 2. Staff Exclusion Ineligibility: Employees (including permanent, part-time, casual, and contracted staff), directors, and principals of Ray White Buderim and Ray White Maroochydore, and their immediate family members (spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, or sibling, whether natural or by marriage or adoption), are not eligible to enter or win the Prize. Any entry submitted by an ineligible person will be deemed invalid. 3. Prize Suppliers The Prize is provided in conjunction with the following third-party suppliers (collectively, “Prize Suppliers”):
Private Charter Flight: Supplied by Machjet International Pty. Ltd. (ABN 52 127 047 241). Luxury Vessel Charter: Supplied by Alani Adventures Pty Ltd (ABN 54 656 136 917), trading as Alani Charters, operating from Berth A5, Hamilton Island, Queensland. 4. The Prize (Valued at up to $35,000 AUD) The prize is a luxury Whitsundays experience package for six (6) people (the “Prize”). The estimated maximum value of the Prize is up to AUD$35,000 . The Prize includes:
Private charter flight for six (6) guests (return, same-day) from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) to Hamilton Island (HTI) . Full day onboard the Alani luxury vessel. Services of a private chef, all catering, and premium beverages onboard Alani . Exclusive Whitehaven Beach setup . Gourmet Whitsunday seafood and champagne on arrival. The complete luxury Whitsundays experience from start to finish. 5. Winner Selection and Notification Draw Date: The winner will be determined by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 7 April 2026 . Announcement: The winner will be announced live on the Promoters’ official social media channels on 7 April 2026 . Notification: The winner will be contacted via telephone call on the day of the announcement, 7 April 2026 , using the contact details provided to the Promoter. Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and redraw a new winner. 6. Prize Redemption and Conditions Booking Deadline: The winner must book their Prize trip within twelve (12) months of the winner announcement date (i.e., by 7 April 2027). Failure to book within this period will result in the forfeiture of the Prize. Availability: The Prize trip is strictly subject to the availability of the Alani vessel, the private charter flight, and all associated services provided by the Prize Suppliers listed in Section 3. The Promoter will coordinate the booking, but the ultimate availability of the date is determined by the Prize Suppliers. Guests: The Prize is for a maximum of six (6) people, including the winner. Exclusions: The Prize explicitly includes only the items listed in Section 4. Any and all expenses incurred outside of the inclusions (e.g., accommodation, transfers to/from the Sunshine Coast Airport, additional activities, or personal spending money) are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests. Conditions of Supply: The winner and their guests must comply with all operational terms, conditions, and safety requirements imposed by the Prize Suppliers (Machjet International Pty. Ltd. and Alani Adventures Pty Ltd), including but not limited to passenger weights, baggage limits, and safety briefings. Non-Transferable/Cash: The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Variation: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control (e.g., vessel unavailability, flight restrictions, or a Prize Supplier ceases trading). 7. General The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any ineligible entrant or entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
