Belen Parkes

Working in the conservative banking industry, Belen Parkes moved to hospitality where she embraced her passion for working with and communicating with people. In 2000 she moved to Buderim here on the Sunshine Coast and took on a challenging career in Real Estate managing rental properties. 

Belen's strong people skills and effective time management plans saw this rent roll grow from 80 properties in 2000 to nearly 500 in 2014. Belen is proud of her team of six whom she says “are the backbone of the business” and ensure that her clients needs are met at all times.

Over the past ten years, Belen and her team have had the pleasure of dealing with the same clients for almost a decade, and in some cases these clients children rely on Belen to manage their first investment too.
